Joyce has been in private practice for 11 years, in Northeast Oklahoma, with special interests in kinetic bodywork, neuromuscular massage, sports massage and reflexology. Joyce was introduced to KT 5 years ago, and works with it daily in her massage practice. She is a member of the Kinesio® Taping Association, the American Massage Therapy Association, the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals Association, and the International Institute of Reflexology. In 2009, Joyce completed the Klose Training Certification Course of Manual Lymphataic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy.
"It is my goal and will be my privilege to take this modality into the massage industry, and share the great benefits of the KT technique with other massage therapists, who will, no doubt, bring much pain relief to the clients/patients in their practices." She sees several cancer survivors in her practice, and they love the results that KT provides: reduced swelling and relief from stiff or sore joints and soft tissues, (many of them have chronic pain and discomfort from the long bouts of treatment(s) they have endured). Oklahoma has a large population of physical laborers who seek relief from fatigue and physical stresses. KT is there to offer that reprieve from aches and pain. With people of all ages becoming more and more involved with sports and fitness activities, there has never been a greater need for a simple and effective method of pain relief and management... once again: KT to the rescue!
"We are so excited about everthing about KT! The possibilities are limitless...the benefits: immeasurable...the pain spared, comfort and relief given...it's just wonderful! How can you keep from just bubbling out all over about such a fantastic product?"
